This policy explains what Uprise Growth ("we", "us") collects when you use refer.uprisegrowth.io (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We provide growth marketing services and the Uprise referral program in and around Miami, Florida.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a form, call, text, or email us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, address or service area, and details about the work you want done.
- Usage information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the time of your visit, for security and to keep the Site working.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The Site may use cookies or pixels from the providers listed below to measure how people find and use the Site and to show relevant ads on other platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare an estimate or quote, schedule and perform the service, and follow up about it.
- To send service-related messages (confirmations, reminders, updates) and, where you have agreed, occasional offers from us. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand how the Site is used, keep it secure, and improve it.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business and the Site, who may use it solely to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare (hosting and form processing)
- GoHighLevel (customer relationship management)
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact and job information for as long as we have a business reason to, such as to provide a quoted service, keep records, or handle a warranty or dispute, and then delete or anonymize it.

- You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and of texts by replying STOP.
- To limit ad tracking, adjust your browser cookie settings and your ad preferences on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. The Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
